1. Who can enter
Open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of BANANAPAD LIMITED and their immediate families can’t enter.

2. Entry period
The giveaway opens at 9am on 16th October and closes at 23:59 on 31st October. Entries after that time won’t count.

3. How to enter
Complete the entry form on our giveaway page with your name and email address. No purchase is necessary. One entry per person. Entries made by bots, or through multiple email addresses, will be removed.

4. The prize
There are 5 prizes. Each is one Bananapad A5 52-week planner, including task strips. The prize is non-transferable and there’s no cash alternative.

5. Choosing winners
We’ll pick 5 winners at random from all valid entries on or after 1st November. Winners will be contacted by email at the address they entered with.

6. Claiming the prize
Winners have 7 days to reply to our email. If we don’t hear back, we may choose another winner. We’ll post prizes to UK addresses within 30 days of the closing date.

7. Thank-you discount code
Everyone who enters and doesn’t win will receive a single 10% discount code by email after the draw. The code is valid until 31st December, for one use per customer, on the whole store. It can’t be combined with other offers and has no cash value.

8. Your data
We’ll use your details to run the giveaway, contact winners and send the discount code. If you tick the marketing box, we’ll also email you news and offers, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We won’t sell your data. See our Privacy Policy.

9. Winners’ details
For the name and county of a winner, email contact@thebananapad,com within one month of the closing date.

10. Who’s running this

11. General
This giveaway isn’t sponsored, endorsed or administered by TikTok, Instagram or any other social platform. Entrants release those platforms from any liability connected with it. We may change or cancel the giveaway if circumstances beyond our control make that necessary, and we’ll update this page if we do. Our decision is final. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
