Our Story
We're lean trained, and for years we used that training in factories and workplaces — helping to create efficient systems, spot what truly mattered, and build in time to reflect and improve.
We just never thought to use it on our own lives.
Our to-do lists were chaos. Overcommitted, overwhelmed — no different to anyone else's week. The things that were good for us kept losing to the things that simply shouted loudest. Somewhere in the noise, the parts of life we actually wanted more of — time with people we love, projects we cared about, a bit of rest — kept getting pushed to "later".
So we did something obvious in hindsight: we used the knowledge and skills we already had, and built ourselves a planner on those same principles. A hard limit on what fits. A place for what's not ours to carry. And, for the first time, a real space for what's good for us — not just what's due Friday.
It changed our week. Not because it made us do more, but because it finally helped us choose better.
So we built BananaPad™, for everyone else quietly dealing with the same thing.
Because a to-do list should do more than list what you owe the world. It should protect what you owe yourself.
